Introducing: Katie Speirs. Radio Ambassador.

Hey, my name is Katie Speirs, I’m 27 years old and I’m an HND Radio student, I’m hoping to become a radio presenter or just a job where I could be creative in radio or any media platform.  

From a young age, I knew I couldn’t do a 9 to 5 desk job, I have always been creative when it comes to digital media, I have been editing videos since I was 14 years old, started a YouTube channel when I was 19 years old then I still upload to this day the channel is called Queen of Fandom Trash on the channel I talk about geeky culture.

I did a radio show with a friend of mine, 3 years ago, where we would talk about cosplay, comic cons and geeky culture and that’s where I knew I wanted to be a radio presenter, I loved making the script, getting the music, and then presenting the show every week.

What I’m currently playing: Pokémon Legend Arceus, Persona 5 Royal and Fire Emblem Three Houses
